The Health Minister says he's available to meet with a woman who's been walking from her home in Cork to the Dail to raise awareness for her sick daughter.
Vera Twomey began the 260km trek last Monday in protest against a decision to restrict her 7 year old daughter Ava - who has a rare form of epilepsy - from accessing cannabis based medication.
Vera who began the journey on foot is now being pushed in a wheelchair due to injuries to her legs and is hoping to arrive at Leinster House this afternoon.
Minister Simon Harris says he'll meet Vera when arrives and said that the HSE advised him that her consultant will be in touch to arrange further consultation for Ava.
