The Independent Danny Healy Rae will join his brother Michael in Dáil Eireann.
He was elected as a TD on the second count in Kerry.
It's the first time ever that two sibling represent the same constituency at the same time.
The Independent TD says ordinary people have major problems with the current system of government, and he believes backbench TD's in the bigger parties never have their voices heard.
But the new deputy believes that Fine Gael and Fianna Fáil will form the next government:

Danny Healy Rae based his campaign on "hard work and common sense".
