The Syrian paramedic who helped rescue a little boy from the rubble of a building after an airstrike, says he is just one of hundreds of dead or injured children in the city.
Omran Daqneesh has become a symbol of the fighting in Aleppo.
The image of the blood and dust covered boy has gone viral on news and social media feeds.
More than 290,000 people have been killed and millions displaced in Syria's civil war, which began in 2011.
And paramedic Ammar Hammam says the child, who is back home with his parents, has been talking about treating the Omran:
