It's expected that a case involving a clinically dead pregnant woman who is on life support in hospital may go to the High Court.
The mother of two is currently 17 weeks pregnant with her third child and is being kept alive against the wishes of her parents, after suffering catastrophic internal injuries due to a blood clot.
She was treated at Beaumont hospital in Dublin where doctors delcared her clinically brain dead and later transfered to Mullingar hospital.
