There's concern for the long term future of 180 jobs at a power plant in Edenderry in Co Offaly.
It's after the High Court quashed planning permission granted by An Bord Pleanala to extend the operations of the Bord Na Mona facility until 2023.
A stay has been put on the order until the end of April next year.
