Motorists are advised to drive with care this morning following high winds across the country last night.
Met Éireann issued a status orange wind alert across county Donegal - warning of wind speeds gusting from 90-to-120 kilometres per-hour.
While, a yellow warning was put in place for Munster, Connacht, Leinster, Cavan and Monaghan - with gusts of up to 110 kilometres per-hour.
The warnings, which were issued yesterday evening, are due to end this morning.
