A HIQA report into the death of Savita Halappanavar is to be published this afternoon.
It will be the third report into the death of the 31 year old who died as a result of sepsis after she suffered a miscarriage at University Hospital in Galway.
The HSE and the coroner have both held separate investigations into her death.
The HIQA investigation was launched last November and looked at the safety, quality and standards of services provided by the Health Service Executive to patients, including pregnant women, at risk of clinical deterioration.
The report is expected to be presented to her husband Praveen and the Minister for Health James Reilly later this morning ahead of publication.
