The Government has been urged to declare a national housing emergency.

The calls come after the body of a homeless man was discovered in central Dublin, where he had been sleeping rough.

The Peter McVerry Trust says four homeless people have died in Dublin over the past six weeks - and that many more will die if something isn't done.
