The ceasefire in the Syrian city of Homs has been extended for a further three days to give hundreds more people the chance to leave.
A second round of peace talks begins in Geneva later.
The British Foreign Secretary William Hague has written in the Independent newspaper in the UK, warning the situation in Homs could become the next Srebrenica Massacre - where 8 thousand men and boys were killed.
