The head of the Mater Private Healthcare Group says even if there were frequent unannounced HIQA inspections, the kind of behaviour seen at Aras Attracta may still happen.

There's been widespread condemnation of the alleged abuse of residents at the care centre for people with intellectual disabilities in Swinford, Co. Mayo.
