New Central Bank mortgage lending rules appear to be impacting on house prices in Dublin.
A new Daft.ie report for the second quarter says house prices are growing significantly outside of Dublin but rose by less than one per cent between March and June in the capital city.
In the most expensive parts of Dublin prices are now the same as they were nine months ago.
The national average house price is now 202 thousand euro, according to the survey - compared to the 2007 peak of 370 thousand.
