The price of the average house has jumped by around 21-thousand Euro in the past year to 253-thousand.
The latest report from MyHome.ie also shows that Dublin house prices have increased by 40-thousand Euro to 366-thousand.
It means the rate of inflation in Dublin has now reached 11.8 per cent, while nationally it's 8.9 per cent.
