House prices continue to rise in Dublin - but are down outside of the capital.
Daft.ie says the average asking price nationwide is 171 thousand euro - a slight increase on 2012.
Prices in Dublin rose by 11 per cent in 2013 - but fell by 6 per cent in the rest of the country.
