Residential property prices increased by five-point-six percent in the year to November.
Figures from the Central Statistics Office show that residential property prices went up by zero-point-six percent in the month of November.
Although prices have gone up, the monthly increases are lower than that recorded in October (1.8 percent)
Prices in Dublin are now thirteen point eight percent higher than a year ago.
