The average asking price for a house in Ireland has jumped 14 per cent in the past year and is now 195-thousand euro.
A new report by Daft dot ie, shows the largest increases are in Dublin - with prices up 25 percent higher.
Wicklow has seen a rise of 20 per cent - Kildare is up 19 per cent - and Meath follows with a 15 per cent rise.
