House prices in Ireland increased by 1.3% in September.
According to the Central Statistics Office, residential property prices are up almost nine percent on an annual basis nationally.
Dublin house prices went up 1.1% in September, but apartment prices in the capital fell by 0.4%.
Outside of Dublin residential property prices rose by 1.6% in September.
