Today is 'National Hug A Newsperson Day'
The unofficial holiday is celebrated every year on April 4th.
It's a way to say thanks and show your appreciation for your favourite newsperson.

If you aren't acutally in a position to hug that person - for whatever reason - organisers say you should show your love by sending a virtual hug using the hashtag #HugANewsPersonDay
