Italian investigators say the shipwreck which killed at least 800 migrants off the coast of Libya was caused by the boat colliding with another vessel.
Its captain's been charged with multiple homicide.
There are fears as many as 30-thousand migrants could lose their lives trying to reach Europe this year.
