Three men have been arrested after over €20,000 worth of cocaine was seized in separate operations over the weekend.

Customs officers at Dublin Airport found almost €17,000 worth of the drug on Friday after searching the luggage of an Irish man heading to Ibiza.

In a second seizure, two Irish men - aged 36 and 24 - who were also leaving for the island - were arrested and over €8,000  of cocaine was confiscated.

All three are being questioned by Gardaí and investigations are ongoing.
