IMPACT Trade Union says it's up to Aer Lingus to avert two further days of strike action by cabin crew at the airline.
Over the weekend, talks between Aer Lingus management and IMPACT collapsed over proposed roster changes.
Impact says it's now serving notice to the airline of two days of work stoppages next week on Monday the 16 and Wednesday the 18th of June.
Michael Landers is IMPACT's Assistant General Secretary.
He says the ball is in Aer Lingus's court.
