Prince was seen by a doctor twice in the month before his death, including on the day before he died.

A search warrant for records - obtained by a local TV station and the Los Angeles Times - also says the singer was prescribed medication.

He was found dead at his home in Minnesota last month aged 57 - the cause of his death is not yet known.
