Instagram has been rated the worst social media site for young people's mental health.
The Royal Society for Public Health in the UK has warned that the platform has the most negative impact on users - putting them at risk of loneliness, depression and body image anxiety.
Snapchat, Facebook, Twitter and YouTube came next - according to a study of almost fifteen-hundred 14 to 24 year olds.
