Internet links in North Korea have been restored, after the country experienced a severe outage for several hours last night.
But, online monitoring companies have said it isn't clear yet how stable the service is.
The internet problems have hit the secretive state just days after President Obama promised a proportional response to a cyber attack on Sony pictures.
