A post mortem will be carried out later today on the body of man who died following an industrial accident in Co. Louth yesterday.
The incident happened at around 3:30pm, at the Premier Periclase plant on the Boyne rd in Drogheda.
It's believed the 46 year man old sustained head injuries.
He was rushed to Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital in Drogheda, where he died a short time later.
Gardai and the Health and Safety Authority are carrying out separate investigations.
