Iran's supreme leader says a nuclear deal "won't change" the country's stance towards the United States.

Tehran struck an agreement with other world powers that limits its nuclear programme, in return for the lifting of sanctions.

In a speech, the supreme leader says although Iran would not welcome war - he warned that if there was one, the United States would be humiliated.

The comments coincide with an Islamic State car bomb North of Bagdad that has killed 100 people.
