Hosting the Rugby World Cup in 2023 would bring an extra €800 million to the economy.
Ireland are battling it out with South Africa and France for the chance to stage the international event in seven years time.
The 100 million euro all island bid was unveiled this afternoon with several GAA stadia included in the logistics plan.

The tournament would attract almost 4 and a half thousand visitors, bringing an extra €800 million to the economy with worldwide TV audiences predicted to reach over 4 billion.
