Bord Bia's latest report shows over one third of consumer spend is in areas like counter service and drive thru's.

All food consumed out of the home is included in the study which looked at over 33 thousand outlets.

Foodservice Specialist with Bord Bia, Maureen Gahan says there's been a huge increase in demand for healthier options, 'It's about great tasting food that's going to leave you feeling good afterwards'.
