The EU President has warned Ireland must obey the Apple tax ruling.
Jean-Claude Juncker says the tech giant's 13 billion Euro bill in back taxes is based on 'fact' and has to be repaid.
Speaking at the G20 summit of world leaders Mr Juncker added that ruling wasn't 'a decision against the US'.
Apple boss Tim Cook called the bill 'political crap' last week and suggested the European Commission was using Ireland to penalise America.
The Dáil will be recalled on Wednesday to approve an appeal that was given the go-ahead, on the condition that we examine tax deals for all multinationals here within six months.
