An Irish man living in America is calling on Irish expats to donate to homeless charities in Ireland.

A video posted by Kildare man Kevin Donoghue - who lives in Floria with his wife and two children - has gone viral in recent days.

During the seven minute footage - filmed as he drove to work - he explains how he was inspired to appeal for help after hearing over one and a half thousand children will be without a home this Christmas.
