The Irish nanny who had charges against her dropped in Boston yesterday will be leaving the United States "imminently" according to immigration officials.
37 year old Aisling Brady McCarthy from Co Cavan is currently in the custody of US Immigration officials, awaiting deportation.
She outstayed a holiday visa in 2002 and may be prevented from returning to America for some time.
