The Irish nanny accused of murdering a one year old baby in the US has been released on bail but will wear an electronic GPS ankle bracelet.
Originally from Cavan, 36-year-old Aisling Brady McCarthy denies killing one-year-old Rehma Sabir in Boston in January 2013 while in her care.
She had been living in the US since 2002 after overstaying a 90 day tourist visa.
During a bail hearing yesterday it emerged that the trial would not go ahead until at least July the 4th.
