The Convention on the Constitution is recommending allowing Irish Citizens in the North and abroad the right to vote in Presidential elections.

The government now has four months to respond and indicate whether a referendum will be held.

Members of Irish communities around the world have addressed the Constitutional Convention's weekend conference via video links.
