Anti water charge campaigners have accused Irish Water of harrassing customers over unpaid bills.
Irish Water today confirmed it's begun phoning customers about outstanding payments - and says this is normal practice for any utility.
It's rejected suggestions that it has threatened to cut off customers, and says it is prohibited from doing so.
