Irish Water's being accused of deliberately withholding information about who has paid their bills.
Anti Austerity Alliance TD Paul Murphy says the information would show a large non compliance with the charges.
The company says it would be unhelpful to release the information in the middle of a billing cycle.
But deputy Murphy says the information isn't being released because it would be bad for the Government because of the large numbers not paying:
