88% of employees feel they would keep in touch with their work spouse even if they left the company.
Almost three quarters of people surveyed by jobs.ie said they have a particular colleague they regularly confide in.
In these instances, most people would discuss personal matters such as family or friendships.
Just under half said they go for lunch or coffee with the same colleague each day.
