A new video has been released showing a British man believed to be a journalist, being held hostage by Islamic State militants.
The group has killed three hostages - a Briton and two Americans - and has threatened the life of British man Alan Henning.
47 year old Mr Henning was shown at the end of a video depicting the killing of British aid worker David Haines, which was released on Saturday.
The latest video shows another British man who says he is a prisoner.
The footage is different from previous videos and does not feature anyone being beheaded.
No IS militants are seen in the video, which is entitled "Lend Me Your Ears" and is addressed to the Western public.
The Briton appears wearing orange clothing and addresses the camera directly from a desk.
He says he and others have been abandoned by the US and UK governments, and asks why they are so keen to get involved in another war.
Former British Security Minister, Baroness Pauline Neville Jones, described the move as cynical.
