The WHO has decided that the name 'German measles' is offensive to people from Germany, and Spanish flu could also be insulting.
The World Health Organisation is now trying to ban insulting names for diseases.
It also says swine flu and monkey pox are not fair on animal species, as it leads to unecessary culling of them during pandemics.
And other diseases insult professions, like Legionnaire's disease, Cooks syndrome and psoriasis butchers disease.
It's not recommending changing existing names, but says in future, they should not be politcially incorrect.
