Islamic State's official spokesman has apparently been killed in Syria.

Abu Muhammad al Adnani has made several speeches calling for 'lone wolves' to carry out terror attacks in the group's name.

Its news agency says he died in Aleppo.

The US was offering a 5-million-dollar reward for information on the Syrian-born militant.
