A Russian spacecraft carrying Italy's first female astronaut safely docked with the International Space Station this morning.
She and the other astronauts will join three more already on the orbiting space lab, including Russian Elena Serova.
Samantha Cristoforetti's arrival means it's only the second time in the station's 16-year history that two women have been aboard for long-term missions.
