Men are being encouraged to talk about difficult times in their lives as part of International Men's Day.
Suicide support organisation Pieta House is holding an event in Dublin tonight to talk about the importance of men loooking after their emotional health.
In Ireland, 80 percent of people who die by suicide are men.
