Another Labour minister has come out in opposition to holding the general election on a Thursday.

But Jan O'Sullivan's admitted the date is out of her hands - even though most schools would be shut to serve as polling date.

While it was previously thought the most likely date was Friday the 26th of February, it's now reported that the poll could be brought forward to the Thursday.
