Jim Carrey's legal team has won a bid to use his ex-girlfriend's medical records in the wrongful death lawsuit against him.
Make-up artist Cathriona White - who was from Tipperary - died from an overdose of prescription drugs in September 2015.

Lawyers for her husband and mother claim the Hollywood star used his "wealth, influence and celebrity status" to provide the medication.
Mr Carrey denies the allegations and will face trial from April.
His own lawyers, meanwhile, said the latest ruling is an “extremely important” result for the actor & comedian.
