The judge has begun charging the jury in the murder trial of Graham Dwyer.

The architect from Kerrymount Close, Foxrock denies killing childcare worker Elaine O'Hara at Killakee Mountain in Dublin in August 2012.

Mr Justice Tony Hunt has begun his final address by reminding the jury of their oath to return a true verdict in accordance with the evidence.

He has urged them to set aside any feelings of dislike or lack of sympathy they may feel towards the accused.

He said proof of unusual thoughts or fantasies do not constitute a crime unless the ingredients of murder have been established.

It's likely the jury will be sent out some time tomorrow.
