Slovakia says it will go to court to challenge quotas forced upon some EU countries on the number of refugees they'll have to accept.

The announcement comes as European leaders including Enda Kenny gather in Brussels for a special summit on the migration crisis.

The European Commission's already given the countries most affected financial support.

But president Jean-Claude Juncker's admitted it wasn't enough.
