The jury is expected to retire to consider its verdict in the Graham Dwyer trial today.

The architect from Kerrymount Close, Foxrock denies murdering childcare worker Elaine O'Hara at Killakee in Dublin in August 2012.

On day 43 of the trial the jury is expected to begin its deliberations today.

First Mr Justice Tony Hunt will finish giving his charge.

He's been summarising the evidence and providing legal directions for the 7 men and 5 women.

He's told them to set aside any feelings they may have and approach the evidence clinically.

He said it is for the prosecution to establish beyond reasonable doubt that Graham Dwyer stabbed Elaine O'Hara to death for sexual gratification.
