The jury will return to court this morning in the trial of former Anglo Irish Bank Chairman Sean FitzPatrick.
The jury of six men and six women was sworn in on April 14th last but no evidence has been heard, as the case has been in legal argument.
The 66 year old of Whitshed Road, Greystones has pleaded not guilty to 27 offences over the disclosure of loans from the Irish Nationwide Building Society from 2002 to 2007.
