Justin Bieber's posted a screenshot of a long message on Instagram explaining why he suddenly cancelled his world tour.
The pop star says he needs to take time out because he wants to make sure his "mind, heart and soul" are sustainable - as well as his career.
He's also expressed how grateful he is for the "journey" he's had with fans so far.
