A passenger of a taxi, whose driver is suspected of shooting dead six people in the US state of Michigan, says he feared for his life.

Jason Dalton - who's understood to have worked for Uber - is due in court later.

He was arrested following the apparently random attacks in Kalamazoo on Saturday.
