Detectives in Scotland have now traced the potential witness in the Karen Buckley murder investigation
The 24 year old nurse from Cork disappeared after a night out in Glasgow in April - her body was found 4 days later at a farm in north Glasgow.
Police working on the case this morning issued an appeal for information about a woman who was seen on the night of the 12th of April in the area of the nightclub Karen had been to with her friends.
The woman has now been traced.
Police had stressed that they were not looking for her in connection with Karen's death but that she may have some information pertaining to the case.
A 21 year old man - Alexander Pacteau - has since been charged with Karen's murder.
