The Taoiseach's asked the head of the ECB to reconsider its stance on the banking inquiry.
Enda Kenny says he raised the subject with Mario Draghi at a summit in Brussels last night.
The bank says it won't attend hearings for at least the first phase of the banking inquiry. because it usually deals with MEPs and not TDs.
But the Taoiseach says he's asked the ECB to think again - and he'll follow up on it soon:
